Here's How it Works
- Register to be a shopper with us.
- Sign up for a shop using our convenient on-line system.
- Review the shop prior to your visit, so you are aware of the items
you are checking for, and you are prepared. You are a mystery shopper,
so you cannot
bring a copy of the shop with you, take notes, or otherwise give clues
to your intent. If you are identified as a shopper, you will be unable
to shop that
property again with the integrity of the shop now compromised.
- Visit the restaurant or hotel as scheduled, making your assessments.
It is imperative that all mystery shoppers do not "over shop" or
go out looking for a bad time. You should dine out as you would normally,
looking
to have a good time with certain quality and service expectations.
- Pay for your shop using your credit card (unless they do not accept
credit cards), and be sure to keep the receipt.
- Complete and submit the on-line assessment within the scheduled
time (24 hours).
- Fax (or scan and e-mail) a copy of your restaurant check/receipt,
which details your table number, time of visit, menu selections,
and prices, to 603-218-6451.
You may also scan and e-mail your receipt to info@mysteryshopperprogram.com.
Please write your name down on the receipt. Payment cannot
be made to you without a copy of the receipt.
- Your reimbursement check for all shops completed will be
mailed to you within 45-60 days of submitted acceptable report
and receipt.
Shop Pricing Schedule
When you sign up for your shop, the system will indicate the exact reimbursement
amount. Each job has a “fee” or reimbursement amount listed.
That amount is the total compensation you receive for the shop. You get
the full amount even if you spend less, or more. For example, if the
shop reimburses $40, and you spend $32 ordering all required items, you
will still get a check for $40. If you spend $43, you will still only
get a check for $40.

Right to Discontinue
Goodwin & Associates reserves the right to terminate shoppers without
limitation.
