The quality of the people we put in the field to complete our mystery shops is second to none.  We have an extensive pool of your natural mix of customers, along with hospitality industry professionals like chefs, restaurant and hotel managers, and operations managers to report on dining experiences.  We only use experienced bartenders or bar managers to conduct our bar loss prevention shops, as only they truly have the eyes to monitor pour counts and understand the operations behind the bar.  We are proud members of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association and many of our shoppers are MSPA certified.
